I've been coming to Avalon for years. The Beach Patrol act more like cops than lifeguards . I come to the beach to relax - not to get whistled at for dipping my toes in the water. People say "safety record," but there's a balance that Avalon hasn't struck - not by a long shot. Does the town even have legal jurisdiction below the water line? New management, please.
