When is someone going to enforce the boardwalk rules? There are so many bikes on the boardwalk throughout the day. It's hard to practice social distancing when bikes are weaving in and out almost hitting me and my family. Also, I thought you couldn't smoke on the boards, yet last night I saw multiple officers pass many smokers and they did nothing.
