So let me get this straight, I can buy a single drink at a take out window at the bars but I must travel home to enjoy it . I cannot drink it on the street. How stupid is that why would I buy a drink when I can make my own at home? People come to the shore to go out and enjoy themselves but some one had a brainstorm and decided no drinking while out enjoying one selves.
