I understand there are noise ordinances in effect that prohibit obtrusive noises before the hour of 8 a.m. In Lower Twp. If this is so, how come the DRPA gets away with sending these huge dump trucks up and down Lincoln Blvd starting at around 6 a.m. These trucks are only about 28 feet from my bedroom and now dictate when I sleep. I can't understand how others living along this route are able to cope with this issue. It's been going on for about two months. Would like to know when it will end, or has the DRPA gone into the "clean fill" business. Imagine all this when we open the windows
