“The suspension of Masses is a matter of justice.”, writes our Bishop Sullivan in this week’s Catholic Star Herald. “We cannot endanger the lives of others or be the cause of their deaths.”, he continues. “It is a matter of faith…..a matter of Christian charity.” Finally Bishop states: “The suspension of public celebrations in the churches…will remain until the experts tell us that it is safe to publicly gather in groups.” So I ask on the day after Donald Trump proclaimed that all churches be open and filled, what has changed causing the parishes to plan June church openings?
