As a second home owner, I am so tired of these "year rounder's" comments. They have no right to welcome or not welcome anyone back to the homes they legally own or legally rent. We ask that YOU follow the guidelines set forth by the government and we will do the same. You do not have any special rights simply because you are a year round resident. Enough already.
