I don’t understand why Beth Bozzelli is being blamed on how the county was handled through COVID 19 stuff. As from what I understand she was the only one showing up daily to handle the problems. And where is the blame on the Freeholders and County Counsel. in my opinion ,The Director was really the one running the county along with county counsel.
