Recently had to shut up a person telling me how much money a certain person has saved the district. When I asked questions like why does he only contract outside friends and not ask for competitive bids he shut up. When I asked him why a alarm company worker said they take him to Wildwood county club golfing as a perk I guess he’s being bribed to contract with them. When I asked him about why would the district hire a part time grass cutter at fourteen dollars an hour but than bring two of his contracted friends into do for time and a half .How is he saving money for the district ?
