Let's see now: you dislike second home owners, renters, kids, roar to the shore, Irish Weekend, and anything else that is not as boring as your winter life. Where would the shore be without these people you dislike? I recommend the first fix you need to make is only charge the 2nd home owners half of their annual taxes, then ban all non locals from the bars, restaurants and boardwalk. Then you will be able to spend your time on here complaining about the tax hikes.
