I'd like to ask that the NWPD and beach patrol be more aggressive this year enforcing the no smoking/vaping law on the beach. We'll be staying 6 feet from other beachgoers, but if you're downwind of a smoker or vaper you're getting what was in someone else's lungs even if you're 50 feet away. Does the smoker/vaper have Covid? I don't know and I don't want to find out the hard way.
