So sad to see overdevelopment of the undersized lot on the bay . It’s my understanding that the Planning Board in Lower Twp will probably have to approve variances squeezing in another 3 story building and 2 pools in this often ignored section of the Villas. Two reasonably sized single family homes avoiding the use of any variances would have been preferable and in better character with the neighborhood.
