Lower Township should just let the police handle all code enforcement issues and let the present officer go. Not sure what he does. Villas still looks the same with boats and cars in yards that haven't moved an inch since I moved here five years ago. A few look like a junkyard with over five vehicles that are inoperable. Police are already patrolling and can issue a summons on the spot. Otherwise the Township will never get cleaned up.
