Avalon Borough has on their website: "The Borough of Avalon will continue to accept Tax and Water/Sewer payments as scheduled. Please note that payment received after the grace periods will still be subject to interest and penalties." Seems the 2nd homeowners money needs to to there, but not the person! BTW...not being there I haven't used 1 drop of water but I'm billed for10,000 gallons every quarter
