I lived here my whole life. I remember when there was a gentleman that ran the Animal control for Lower Township. We never had a problem. You called and he was at your house in ten minutes. Solved the problem and went to the next call. None of this "we are on an emergency call in Ocean City" non-sense every time you get a hold of them. Basically, they decide what municipality has the biggest contract paying them and go there and the rest of the townships wait or you never hear from them again. It's a terrible system that denies township residents the protection they need and deserve.
