I must agree with the spouter about the Lower Township Code Enforcement officer. I know one thing for sure, he has never driven down any street in the north end of the Villas in the last 3 years. If he had, he would have noticed all the cars with no tags, flat tires, over 2-year-old inspections and cars on blocks. If he started on Florida Ave and drove back to his office he could have over a hundred infractions by the time he gets there. Being pro-active isn't on his agenda. This also shows poor management skills from the township manager. Both seem not interested in violations.
