The Island of Mistaken Ordinances. Some of our seasonal neighbors have been moving down in early spring every year for 10+ years. This year it seems they will be greeted by the police, especially if they have Pennsylvania tags. If so, I know these people and just about every one will take the summons, say thank you Officer and proceed to move in. Eventually we will have open court sessions again and the cases will be dismissed. Second home owners will pay for their own attorneys and contribute to the town's attorneys fees through their taxes.
