It does go to show how state officials can't manage a budget unless they had tax dollars to get them out of jams they create. I'm a small business of twenty trying to keep my employees working using most of my own money. Not so with government jobs; they just have tax dollars to fall back on. Could you imagine what they would do in these times if they had to be self supporting
