Please do not assume people with out-of-state plates are non-residents. My husband and I moved permanently to our “2nd home” in NW in December, but we have been advised to hold off transferring our residency status until PA house goes to settlement. Our neighbor is a seasonal worker and spends winters here and has been here since November. However, another neighbor lives in Marlton, is a teacher off from school and never here in winter but just brought his family to their 2nd home to ride out this pandemic.
