I agree Shore Animal control has been good at finding animals, but they lack way too much in the area of enforcement of local ordinance. They were well aware of the constant problem of dogs running loose in Villas and kept slapping the wrist of violators. Maybe if they actually enforced the law, a dog would not have died.
