How many more "hit and run" deaths do we need before we ban cars?! Philly had two more in the last week! I know it's the car, they have too much horsepower and can kill quickly! The person last night was knocked clear out of his shoes! We need to ban cars that go over 15 mph! Now! I'm writing the President!
