Everyone who has something to say about teachers being off from school knows nothing about what it is like to actually be responsible for a child’s education. I have been working far beyond my usual work day hours from home making sure my kids have everything they need to be successful. Some of them have horrible home lives and school is their safe place. It is killing me! This is no vacation. I want nothing more than for this to be over and school back in session so I can see their smiling faces each day!
