I understand the state is trying to negotiate a deal with the West Wildwood mayor. It seems the ethic charges have no merit, charges where publicized before the mayor's deadline to appeal. The state DCA is concerned with counter suit for slander and civil rights violations and are trying to negotiate a large dollar settlement with mayor.
