It is all about how we keep our souls in times of trial. We don't need a messiah or a mass attendance report card or a record of rosary chanting. We must understand our ability to do good works, our soul's ability to share joy in times of adversity. The essence of Christianity is in sharing our compassion and courage against the works of evil.
