How did a Spouter find out about ANYTHING that happened during a Executive Session of Cape May City Council? As per NJ Law, members of City Council must keep discussions held in executive session private as long as the discussions are necessary to protect the interest of the City. If this particular discussion wasn't private then it shouldn't be discussed in Executive Session. Which member of City Council "leaked" this to the paper? Who on City Council is guilty of violating the Open Public Meetings Act? I'd like to know.
