I’ve lived in this town for about 15 years. Before moving here, I was very involved, including going to school board meetings. Many other concerned taxpayers attended these meetings. We would ask questions about bids, overspending, why do we need Astroturf fields for $4 million, etc. I’ve gone to quite a few board meetings at Lower Township school, and I do not see anyone question anything that the administration proposes. It just seems like this board rubber stamps every item; it does not look into anything. I'm thinking some of the board members have been there too long
