It will be over a month when this spout is published since warning signs were placed about the construction of the traffic circle at CR610& CR550 in Woodbine, Nothing has happened except 1 piece of machinery and a few traffic barrels. This will go on thru Memorial Day weekend and the Fourth of July weekend. Then, the fun will begin! No one knows what to do in a traffic circle, and the locals won't have a chance when the east/west bound shoobies barge into the circle preventing the north/south locals from trying to get home!
