How would you feel if you knew that your nurse who was supposed to be taking care of you was under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at work? Report it ASAP because if they make a mistake they will try and claim "being tired" or that you are making false accusations. Their job is to focus on taking care of you! Get their supervisor as a witness. That is your right as a patient. You're not being mean, you are protecting yourself.
