As summer is coming to an end, many town employees, such as beach taggers will collect unemployment and some will head to Florida for the winter. Nothing against unemployment, but many of these people are retired with decent pensions. Some also well over 60 years old and closer to 70. This is what is wrong with the system. Let's push to advertise these positions to younger people who are struggling to make ends meet.
