Don’t you think it’s about time our County Freeholders and the County Library Commission took immediate, appropriate action regarding the repair of the inoperable elevator at the Wildwood Crest Library? For the amount of money spent to provide such an excellent facility, either a contractor’s performance bond covering the elevator’s guarantee or maintenance contract should have been initiated upon the completion of the renovation. At this time, this structure is no longer ADA compliant.
