Another day of flooding on Madison Ave., Phillip Desantis Dr., and Webster St. If there was an emergency, no one could get out. With all grants gotten, why doesn't our street count? A transportation bus wouldn't come pick up a rider because of the water. They were told not to go through the water. We are taxpayers too.
