To a responsible dog owner in Wildwood Crest: As a homeowner who seeds, fertilizes, and waters and maintains their lawn, why should I have to put up a fence so your dog doesn't, as you say, pee on my lawn? Would you be happy if the tables were turned? Why not fence in your yard and let your dog do its business there?
