As a frequent visitor to the beaches on the bay in North Cape May, it does seem that the ban on animals during certain hours is being obeyed but as soon as the dogs are allowed on the beach, owners feel they have the right to just let them go. In less than one hour I had four dogs approach me unleashed. Please respect those of us who are afraid of dogs and keep them on a leash and away from me! Can't animal control stay later and catch these people?
