Was the ordinance changed in North Wildwood allowing dogs on the beach after May 1? Seems it was because the past week or so every day at Moore's Beach a woman has one and sometimes two dogs with her and they are there for the day. Not sure what is going on in North Wildwood but once the season starts, laws don't seem to be enforced.
