Wildwood

A Wildwood spouter asked, "African Americans make up just over 13% of our total national population which constitutes considerable buying power for businesses. Why, then, shouldn't media ads not show members of this group buying and enjoying products since this has been the way corporations gain new customers?" That is very true. However, do that at the expense of the other 87% of our population? Of course marketing should target minorities, it's common sense, but don't eliminate or alienate the rest of the buying public. Reasonable is not a word that goes well with knee-jerk reactions.
