Completely agree with a spouter about 36th Street. Check out 37th Street also. The contractor left it almost impassable. There are more nooks and crannies than an English muffin! They are both one-way streets. Just wait until the cars start parking this summer. There may be some sideswiping of cars for sure! If the city paid the contractor they should be ashamed of themselves. What a waste of money. Even a temporary fix would be appreciated.
