The Lower softball team played the Dennis team April 23 at Dennis rec. The concession stand was closed, the porta potty smelled and needed a clean-up, and the ump made a couple of questionable calls. The female DT coach coached a good game and was a good role model for the girls. The DT male coach should follow her example and conduct himself accordingly. A brief team discussion about a parking lot incident and acceptable behavior might be helpful too. That was just gross and unnecessary. No one doubted that the girls are good girls.
