Having spent many decades living on Seven Mile Island, I would suggest the Stone Harbor spouter who continually advocates a needle exchange and methadone clinic in Avalon/Stone Harbor move to Camden, or Atlantic City or Newark. Those areas are equipped to accommodate addicts, especially those who have no financial resources to help themselves. Yes, drug addiction is tragic and effects all strata of society, but it is also a self-inflicted wound. I have lots of personal experience with addicts and very little sympathy. If you don't ever get high, you will never become an addict.
