Last week, I ordered a salad takeout, only to discover that there is now a $1 eco-friendly fee added to the bill. It is $2 extra if you order a takeout pizza. I was told that this fee covers the cost of the eco-friendly boxes that your food is served in. This may be eco-friendly, but it sure is not customer friendly.
