One can tell that it is election time in Lower Township again. The street sweeper that is rarely seen in North Cape May made its "election" appearance recently. Yes, our leaders need our votes again, and magically the streets are cleaner and the trash cans returned to the curb in the upright position instead of tossed, as usual. For a "clean sweep" vote!
