Wildwood High is not wasting cash on a football team, as a spouter has suggested. High schools have football teams, it's as American as apple pie to have Friday night lights. Sports are great for kids and have been for as long as there has been schools. Most of the gear is bought through fundraising anyway. Look into it, and stop worrying about what might happen. Kids can get hurt playing any sport.
