As far as I am concerned, barking dogs are the biggest problem in Lower Township. I work two jobs and pay taxes, and I get woken up all hours of the night because all my neighbors have dogs and they couldn't care less. I have rights too. It's a shame police don't care and animal control cares less. Nobody wants to enforce the ordinance, but I can lose two days of work and file a complaint to attempt to solve the problem.
