For many months, during the summer and into the fall, there were many articles concerning arrests and either no bail, or high/full amounts by some judges. Recently, though, I don't recall reading any. Additionally I have seen several people who I know were arrested back on the street pretty quickly and have little to no means to post a substantial bail. Is this a result of the prison census or another political reason? Keep them incarcerated.
