I propose that Cape May, Lower Township and DRBA partner with a major cruise line to establish our area as a port of call. With visits to historic Cape May, Naval Station, Cape May County Zoo, Morey's Piers, vineyard tour, lighthouse and many other venues is a natural economic windfall. The ships would anchor near shipping lanes and local party/sightseer boats would tender tourists to the ferry terminal. Local busing companies would transport. Come on local officials, let's do something which could define your legacy for the future of our county!
