Lower Township needs to reinvent itself. We are the southern portal of the state. Many ferry passengers pass through and our first impression is the dilapidated, old NCM Plaza or the strip mall there which is not much better. More should be done to entice visitors to stop and spend time after long ferry rides. This area is the gateway to New Jersey, does no one see the potential? If you build it, they will spend.
