There is a woman in a white Expedition who parks in the handicapped parking spot at Cape Trinity Catholic / Wildwood Catholic High School at dismissal daily. She does not have a handicapped license plate or tag. I find this morally wrong, not to mention against the law. What is this teaching our children?
