People complain about nepotism in police and fire service, but stop and think about it. I'm a firefighter, my father and grandfather were firefighters. Should I have been disqualified from my family's tradition? So once a person is in their career, their family from then on can't follow in their footsteps? Same with teachers, rescue, lifeguards and so on. Take the test, pass the drug test and psychological exam, complete the training and become a civil servant, that's what it takes.
