To a West Cape May spout about the Kiwanis brick program: I am sure if you made a call to them inquiring about the time frame you would know that they are progressing in getting it ready for laying the bricks. You can't really expect them to drill out their existing sidewalk in the winter. I called and they are grateful for everyone interested.
