All I read are negative comments about Marina Bay Towers. I am a tenant here and love it. Yes, it needs work, but a few tenants are holding up the repairs because they do not want a portion of the building to be condos. We are promised newly-refurbished apartments if the condos are allowed. This matter is just going to go on for years if these people don't give up this silly fight. Let the building get fixed so we can get on with our lives.
