Everyone talks about being proactive, including myself. I read the police blotter and saw there was a burglary on my street. I called police to inquire what area of the block this occurred since the streets are long and there were others in the area. I was told they couldn't give any information. I wasn't asking for details that could impact whatever actions they were taking. I have great cameras that could possibly help them. No, they are not interested in quality of life issues. It is lack of support like this that contributes to negative opinions of police by responsible citizens.
