Who decided an employee in Borough Hall was allowed to bring her dog to the office every day? Almost tripped over it on the first floor of Borough Hall and when I asked where the owner was I was told the dog belonged to an employee. We're not talking about a "seeing-eye dog" or therapy animal who stayed with its owner. Are my tax dollars going to defend the lawsuit of a resident/visitor/employee when they trip over, or are bitten by the dog? What about visitors, residents and taxpayers who are afraid of dogs?
